February 2024 SUPPER tasting Dinners

Whilst February's seasonal ingredients are still rooted in heartiness, we look to lighter evenings and a touch of freshness in our dishes. Exciting ingredients are coming into season and we look to Italy.  Dishes include wonderfully earthy beetroot made into a Tuscan-inspired bread soup alongside stunning White Asparagus served alongside poached sole. Not forgetting our Chime di Rapa - a delicious Italian brassica with lamb.  Dessert is heavenly chocolate with an unusual brilliance of Jerusalem Artichoke with Bourbon.
